1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded on the website wallnia.com, operated by Kerim-Ali Sarihan (Wallnia), Rue Saint-Valentin 142A, 6061 Charleroi, Belgium, email: kerimali0961@gmail.com.
2. Products
Wallnia sells made-to-measure printed wallpaper, based on the dimensions provided by the customer, as well as accessories. The colours displayed on screen may differ slightly from the printed result.
3. Orders
The customer is responsible for the dimensions entered. The order is final once payment has been made and confirmed by email. A made-to-measure order can no longer be changed once printing has begun.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Payment is made securely online.

6. Right of withdrawal
Made-to-measure wallpaper is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 3° of the Code of Economic Law). For non-personalised products, the customer has 14 days from receipt. See the Returns and Refunds page.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of receipt.
8. Intellectual property
The visuals and designs on the website are the property of Wallnia or their authors. For images submitted by the customer, the customer guarantees that they hold the rights to them.
9. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
