Custom-made products
All our wallpapers are printed to order, to the dimensions specified by the customer. In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (and Article 16(c) of European Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications. They therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-customised products
For non-customised accessories (for example, adhesive), you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned unused and unopened; return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Defect, error or damaged parcel
In the event of a printing defect, an error on our part or a damaged parcel, contact us within 14 days of receipt, with a photo of the problem, at kerimali0961@gmail.com. After verification, we will reprint the affected panels free of charge or issue a refund.
Legal warranty
Our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
